SERVED ON THE TABLES OF MICHELIN-STARRED RESTAURANTS IN PARIS
VIGNOBLE CAMY REACHES FOR THE STARS
For the fourth consecutive year, Vignoble CAMY’s Chardonnay Réserve is available at Art et Vin in Levallois-Perret and featured on some of the finest restaurant menus in the Paris region. Among them, the three-Michelin-starred Arpège, led by renowned chef Alain Passard, as well as three one-star Michelin restaurants, proudly showcase the 2022 Chardonnay Réserve from Vignoble CAMY on their wine lists.
Arpège – Chef Alain Passard
With a world-famous vegetable-forward cuisine, Arpège is one of the very few restaurants globally to hold the prestigious three Michelin stars.
Villa9Trois – Chef Camille Saint-M’leux
Awarded one Michelin star, Chef Camille Saint-M’leux was captivated by Vignoble CAMY’s Chardonnay and now offers it to his guests.
Granite – Chef Tom Meyer
Another rising culinary star, Chef Tom Meyer, has also chosen to feature CAMY’s Chardonnay at his Michelin-starred restaurant.
Oka – Chef Raphaël Régo
The first Michelin-starred restaurant in the Paris region to introduce Vignoble CAMY’s Chardonnay to its wine list, Oka perfectly pairs it with its refined cuisine, inspired by Chef Raphaël Régo’s Brazilian heritage.
Securing a spot on the wine list of a Michelin-starred restaurant is an exceptional achievement for any winery—especially at the coveted three-star level, the pinnacle of global gastronomy. Each year, these elite establishments receive offers from hundreds of wine producers, but only the most outstanding bottles make the cut.
A heartfelt thank you to Art et Vin for helping showcase Québec’s finest wines in the Paris region. At his Levallois-Perret wine shop, Alexandre Mahut curates and champions exceptional wines from top producers worldwide.
